The grim overcast sky has me thinking deeply this morning concerning business, unusually enough.

As I reflect back on my varied careers I discovered a standard thread in all of my ventures.

I prefer to figure with smart, fun and motivated people. They all aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and work terribly laborious for a complex goal. When that goal is accomplished, they celebrate with the same zeal and energy that they place into their work.

Starting a home business I noticed ahead of time that the folks I used to be attracting weren’t like my colleagues I had throughout my career. Most of them were from the opposite end of the spectrum and weren’t that sharp, were as an entire rather unmotivated, and typically didn’t have a clue concerning what it takes to succeed at any difficult project.
